At AIRCS, we aim to provide high-quality services and maintain transparency with our clients.

1. Service-Based Nature

Since our services are digital and service-based (lead generation, sales support, consultation, etc.), refunds are handled according to project stage and work completion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not yet started, or
• AIRCS is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Work has already started or completed
• Client delays or lack of communication cause project disruption
• Client changes project scope after work begins

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on completed work.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
