At AIRCS, we aim to provide high-quality immigration consultancy services and maintain full transparency with our clients. This AIRCS refund policy outlines how refund and cancellation requests are handled across all our service categories.

Service-Based Nature

Since our services are digital and service-based, including consultation, lead generation, and immigration support, refunds are handled according to project stage and work completion. As an immigration consultant for Pakistani clients, we ensure every case is reviewed fairly and honestly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet started, or
  • AIRCS is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

This is a core part of our visa consultancy cancellation policy that protects both the client and our team.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already started or completed
  • Client delays or lack of communication cause project disruption
  • Client changes project scope after work begins

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on completed work. Our immigration service charges Pakistan are always communicated upfront so there are no surprises at any stage of your process.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method. This timeline applies to all requests submitted under the AIRCS refund policy.
